ST-segment is the flat isoelectric section of the ECG between the end of the S wave (J point) and the beginning of the T wave.
Q wave is related to septal depolarization, which is from left to right. Therefore normal Q wave is not seen in the right precordial leads.
R wave is the first positive deflection after the P wave. It shows early ventricular depolarization.
QRS complex shows ventricular depolarization. abnormalities of QRS are related to amplitude, width and specific morphology.
